  The billing team is very unprofessional but staff is polite, i was charged on an old account when i specifically told the receptionist i am under a new insurance with my wife and they still billed my old insurance provider (on purpose or just lazy)??? At the time of my RTC I had Delta Dental and 100% coverage but they sent me a fake itemized bill that my insurance (after i called Delta) never recieved stating i owed way more than i was suppose too. After a few months of going back and forth with my insurance they finally switched it to the right name and account and still managed to charge me 300$ with 100% coverage... Also, i still have pain in my #2 molar that i had a root canal completed by Dr. Adamick. Although he did my first RTC that feels great, the second one has pain deep inside when i chew on it and im just dealing with it because im tired of shenanigans with insurance. At this point i changed my dentist to Dr. Varriani VSmile and i'm happy.

  Been going here for the past 2 years and I love them. Always great with working around your schedule as soon as you walk in the building you feel welcomed. There staff is the best hands down.
